Obama's Rural Council and UN Agenda 21

This one is so mind-boggling that at this point I have no idea where to start.

While pee pee-boy was tying up the news with Wienergate back back in in June, the American president made a typical Obamian move; he signed Executive Order 13575. This created a "White House Rural Council". The council was designed to implement UN Agenda 21; note that that is the actual name - it refers to the UN's plans for the 21st century and seeks to begin controlling land use, concentrations of populations, and all that springs from a major Socialist plan to eliminate freedom and any real private ownership of land.

The Obamian move seems to seek to allow State, County, and Local governments to, in a step-by-step fashion, slowly implement the UN's plan starting with zoning changes. I will note that the first Bush singed on to Agenda 21 in 1992, followed by Billy shortly after.

The language used in the order is indeed frightening; note the quote below:

"Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands."

More links will be at the bottom. The UN and the White House are planing the utter ruin of the independence and political clout of rural America and property owners in general. The potential for terrible abuses is very high; imagine farmers and ranchers being ordered about by the local Commissariat -being told what to grow, what resources they can use to do the growing, and whether or not they are approved for livestock ranching.  Let's not forget how much they can charge for their products. The Left would want nothing more than to take the tremendous political pull of urban areas and utilize it to begin calling for more and more control of rural communities. Rural America has long resisted being controlled by Leftist ideas. This Executive Order sets the table to turn that around.

When our nation was established, one in twenty Americans lived in cities. Today, the amount is at least 75%. We have gone from 19 out of 20 to 1 out of four living in rural areas. The cities can drive the politics of the nation. If we followed the cries from the Left to eliminate the Electoral College, the cities themselves would fully control the elections of the Chief Executive by simple majority vote

The reasoning in the College was far more than assigning people of substance to actually cast Presidential votes, it also was purposefully designed to spread out the voting influence so that states with smaller populations could have some voting influence on that Office. Each Congressional District and each Senatorial Seat (Which was equally distributed amongst the States), is counted towards the Electoral Vote total of a State. Wyoming, for example, gets at least three votes from two Senate Seats and one House member. This is a powerful method of ensuring that States with smaller populations don't get ignored or pushed around.

This is a time for people to get involved. Find out what your representatives, town councils, county planning boards, etc, are doing. Check if they are cooperating with plans such as those of the ICLEI*. The plan appears to be for massive restructuring of zoning laws to severely limit development and push more and more people into urban areas, thus pushing the political clout of those ares even higher. The rural zones will be under the control of the Federal government, through the cooperation of State and local bodies.

This is eerily close to what happened under Stalin. Please take the time to learn what he did with rural regions like the Ukraine. The Left has prevented the vast majority of Stalin's terrors to be taught in American schools. Many of their persuasion have had the gall to claim that the economic structure of the USSR was so backward that the people needed a person like Stalin to get things moving. Similar claims are made about Mao and China. The idea is that, so what if many millions died from murder, purposefully enforced neglect, etc., the end result was a modern nation. The plan here does not promote such violence and is wrapped up is sweet-sounding phrases such as "sustainable development" and "smart growth", but the end result will be similar; those of rural America will be disenfranchised and increasingly burdened by more and more regulations until small farmers, the backbone of the nation to Thomas Jefferson and the bane of the Left, will be forced to sell their property to large farming corporations (Read Collectives).

Those that leave the rural zones will do as they did in the Roman Empire when faced with competition from large farms owned by the wealthy that employed massive amounts of slaves (Read unchecked immigration). The independent farmer had been, without a doubt, the backbone of Roman and early Italic society, as it was, with the exception of the Middle-Ages, with Western Societies in general. The spread of slave-worked farms resulted in cutting the prices of food to the point where the smallholders, no longer able to earn a living,  had to pack up and leave to the cities, where they promptly joined in with the demands for more cheap and free bread.(Read welfare, food stamps, housing etc.) Those that remain behind will likely no longer own the land but will work as employees on their former properties.

Check this quote:

"This aspect of Agenda 21 should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the United Nations. UN officials have never been fond of individual ownership of land, asserting the following during a UN Conference on Human Settlements:"
"Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole."

Outright land seizures of all forms will be on the horizon.

This is the cloak for for plan - redefine the land as being as asset that must be regulated for the benefit of all. After that they will be free to regulate or seize it until smallholders are gone and the bulk of the population will be under their control inside the cities, will have been disarmed, and will have no choice but to keep voting for those who will provide them with cheap or free housing and food.

States must consider nullifying this Executive Order.

I have always been reluctant to support any thought of nullification or secession. The Southern States wrongfully did so before anything had been done by the Federal Government that would prohibit their atrocious slavery and that was clearly wrong - you can't nullify or secede if nothing has been done with which you disagree. In other words, you must not consider nullification or secession for something that might happen. We are not facing the same circumstances today - we are being hit from all angles.

Here are more links. They can do the job of explaining this much better than can I:
