US Action Against Syria Threatens WWIII

One brief before main post - The collapse of our society is increasing its pace:

http://billingsgazette.com/news/national/former-mont-teacher-gets-days-for-student-rape/article_58bdb213-6b0d-5ce6-ba63-7139ef9a9eef.html

In Montana, a man who had sex with a 14 year-old girl (An act of rape - plain and simple), who later committed suicide, has been given a sentence that literally cries out for justice. The judge, who clearly fears neither the judgement of society nor God, suspended all but a month of his 15-year prison sentence. What is worse, the judge essentially assigned equal blame to the victim:

"A former high school teacher in Montana who pleaded guilty to raping a 14-year-old student who later killed herself has been sentenced to 30 days in jail by a judge who said the victim was "older than her chronological age" and "as much in control of the situation" as the teacher."

I don't know what to say in response to this.

"The Billings Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1dmuHZo ) District Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced 54-year-old Stacey Dean Rambold to 15 years in prison, with all but 31 days suspended. He also gave Rambold credit for one day already served.

The girl's mother repeatedly screamed, "You people suck!" and stormed out of the courtroom Monday......"

Aside from the willful malcarriage of justice (miscarriage could mean the judge was merely incompetent), it appears that even the prosecution was only restarted after the animal was dropped (after failing to appear for scheduled sessions) from a sex offender program. Why was he even in the program before he began serving his actual sentence?

According to the BillingsGazette article, the prosecutors do not plan to appeal the sentence. They too need to be drawn and quartered - and I am not exaggerating.

"....Yellowstone County Attorney Scott Twito told The Associated Press on Tuesday that he would not appeal the judge's sentence.

"We respect the court's sentencing decision. We obviously disagree with it, based on the recommendations my attorneys made, but it appears to be legally permissible," he said...."

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/08/27/any-us-strike-against-syria-like-to-last-hours-not-days/

I have been outspoekn against military moves against Syria for a long time, but until today I have focused on the obvious outcome that Christians will be tithe killed off or driven out of the country in which many families go back almost two thousand years. Glenn Beck noted the one reality that should bring fear to anyone who has no real concern for Religion of Peace practitioners being able to compete their pogrom.

Beck correctly notes that a military strike against Syria may well have dire consequences for the US. We may bring ourselves into a global war. Note too that we are certainly not the sole superpower anymore and that we are declining in strength. Someday, the world will tr urn on us and it will not be pretty. Russia* understandably is fed up with being ignored, China is fast growing in strength, and the EU would not be likely to come to out side if we get dealt our comeuppance.

I have little doubt that Obama and his crew would be quite happy with that result. Let's face it - there is no way that Obama could have been that stupid on that many occasions. Even stupid people sometimes make the right decision:

"Glenn Beck warned America in the strongest of terms on Tuesday that military intervention in Syria could lead to World War III, with the United States squaring off against China, Russia and Iran.

Beck’s warning came as Secretary of State John Kerry said it is “undeniable” that chemical weapons have been used in Syria, something President Barack Obama has called a “red line” that would change our approach to the nation’s civil war.................

“Why?” Beck asked. “Because today Russia and now China have added their name to the list of, ‘Don’t do anything in Syria.’ So now we have Russia, Iran and China telling us, ‘mind your own business.’”

Unless the U.S. is willing to get into World War III against the aforementioned powers and poke “another hornet’s nest” of Islamic extremism, Beck said, you have to be “out of your mind” to intervene.

“We don’t survive that,” he said.

“You go against China, who buys all of our debt?” he asked, adding that Russia has already begun turning arms shipments from America to the Middle East.

“Don’t screw with this,” he said. “This is World War III in the making.”

In addition to condemning Christians to lose the homes of their ancestors, we are being set up for a very big fall.

"The US had a grand opportunity for a easy win-win relationship with Russia. I can't even begin to imagine the range and scale of business partnerships that could have been made. We could have had a ready and able partner to balance against the military and economic growth with China. Russia's strategic location would have been ideal for coordinating anti-terror operations instead of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc. Unlike Eastern or Muslim-majority nations, they think and act more like we do. They also have a long tradition of an Apostolic Christianity.
Instead, we took advantage of their economic turmoil and trouble with Chechnya, rounded up their old Warsaw Pact satellites and former USSR countries, and brought them either into NATO or trained and supplied them in an manner that could be seen as provocative or threatening to Russia. We also created another missile threat for them. Those missiles, if they were only intended for defense against Iran, could have been deployed in a manner that did not make the Russians feel as if they were being targeted and pushed into a corner.
-Now, having regained their footing, they are letting us know that the Bear was not quite dead.....
We really screwed this one up badly. The Russians don't take kindly to being treated as aslo-rans or has-beens. Russia is too inherently strong to be brushed aside. This is why they conducted naval maneuvers with Venezuela a while back, invaded a region of Georgia in which many Russians lived, and are letting us know that their bombers can reach us. They in all likelihood expected that the end of the Cold War would see an era of cooperation between Russia and the US. That image was conveniently shattered by a smug US.
.....and now, unless we pull back withing our borders, which may be necessary soon anyway if the dollar collapses, we will have to contend with the rise of hostile elements of  China, Islam, and Russia.
Those of course are in addition to the rise of Leftism in the US, which is an internal threat that itself threatens the onset of civil war."
