Herman Cain Berates Brainwashed College Students

I am happy to see this story. Herman Cain was surrounded by jackals from the moment he stepped into the Presidential race.

While speaking at the University of Michigan, a couple of students shouted "It's not" in response to Cain's quite factual statement that the US is the greatest country in the world.

Cain, who is not known for being afraid of confrontation, lashed out at those who would, while happily enjoying the benefits of living in the US (And not having the guts to try living anywhere else), revile the nation that provided the environments for nice places such as U of M.

If Woody Hayes were still around, we could send him to his hated rival and have him punch out the professors that are robbing the students of an education.

This is what Cain had to say to the hecklers:

"If this is not the greatest country in the world, why is it that our economy is 25% of the world GDP?

If it’s not the greatest country in the world, why do we have more freedoms and liberties than anybody else…?

If it’s not the greatest country in the world, how is it that this nation was able to become the power that it is militarily and economically in the short 236-year history, relative to the history of the rest of the great nations in the world?

If it’s not the greatest country in the world, how is it possible to have a black man in the White House…?

If this is not the greatest country in the world, leave!"

Good for him. There is no lack of intellectual vigor in noting that one should love or leave the US.
