More incremental Sharia and other pandering to bad people coming our way-
As if wearing a Hijab or Abaya while meeting with and representing her client was not shameful enough, Cheryl Bormann , who represents defendant Walid bin Attash at the current Guantanamo trial, called for the Judge to require that other women attending the trial wear what she referred to as appropriate clothing. What Ms. Bormann meant by appropriate was not specified. Bormann claimed that the court needs to make such a requirement so that the defendants, who incidentally follow a religion that encourages the awful treatment women and young girls, would not have to avert their eyes to avoid sinning. Apparently it is OK to kill or conspire to kill these Western women and girls, and gang-rape them if the opportunity presents itself, but don't dare look at them.
For the record, I don't know if she is related to Martin but I would not be shocked if that were the case since, although she is not a Muslim, many prominent Muslims were ardent Nazi sympathizers and supporters during Hitler's rule.

The defendants also are doing everything in their power to control the proceedings and make a mockery of the court:

They knelt in prayer, ignored the judge, wouldn't listen to Arabic translations over their head sets and one even insisted on having the more than 20 pages detailing the charges against them read aloud, rather than deferred for later in their case as the judge wanted, which added more than two hours to the proceedings."

Again, for the record, I know that Muslims hold that Allah is the same God as that of Abraham, but that has been called into question by many since, out of all the gods of pre-Islamic Arabia, Allah was the name of but one God of many. Also, as the personality of Allah is also appreciably different for that if the Judeo-Christian God, (He allows sex with 9 year-olds, is the master deceiver, encourages slavery and war throughout the world, and indicates that women are not an smart as men), I hold that we can not say with certainty that Allah is the same god as that of Abraham.
Watch for more examples of special treatment of Muslims who stand accused of crimes. We have already have to deal with Muslim cabbies in Minnesota who refused to allow people carrying alcohol into their cabs. More recently, a Wegman's Supermarket had a briefly-existing requirement that people with alcohol or pork refrain from using a checkout counter while a Muslim employee worked that register.
