Failing Christian Churches Grasp Leftist Coatails

When on Easter Sunday the Episcopal Priest railed against the side that stands for everything a Christian Church holds dear (Or should so), we were given a clear picture of the future.

With Obama there, no doubt fully enjoying the Leninist-inspired act of bearing false witness against those who refuse to yield to the ongoing destruction of our society, an official of an ecclesial body that more than most exemplifies the failure of too many denominations in the US, grasped at straws in order to gain support of Progressives.

The problem for the Priest and any other official that does the same is that the Left wants no part of you other than what you can do for them. Once the Left gets all that it wants, and they are getting closer to this every day, he and his types will be quietly brushed aside.

Like Bishop Spong and other representatives of ecclesial bodies that have abandoned their faith and made their organizations lackeys of the Left, Ruiz Leon (Yes the name is ironic as he is more of a sheep) has displayed the same desperation to seek friends when all he had to do was go back to standing for morality, true social justice that does not entail enslaving the worker nor the needy, and functioning as a edifying presence as opposed to a destructive one.

The party that opposed slavery, Jim Crow, and segregation is the party of the bad guys.

Those who understandably fear the ongoing decline of morality and liquidation of the family are eviscerated.

The people who want to live in a nation that does not completely lose the culture(s) that bred it? These are the worst of all. Interestingly, I have yet to find a Leftist that would require a non-Western nation to allow its core culture to be done away with.

The title of the article is mostly correct. The Left is currently triumphant and proclaiming this fact from the rooftops. They also are far from done.

The people would do well to admit to themselves that this is no passing fad. If they do not do so soon, the nation will, to paraphrase St Gerome when commenting on the terrible advances of the Arian* heresy.
